AUGUST CHALLENGES AT THE LILYPAD

Every month I love the challenges over at TLP. They get the thinking caps on, or encourage you to try new techniques and play around with your camera. This month has been all about the sweet Dawn Inskip who sadly passed away a few weeks ago. We decided at TLP to honour this fabulous lady and her creative flair by hosting challenges that focused on her style, approach to life and her designs.

These are my take on each challenge, I do hope you’ll join us in a final farewell to Dawn and her wondrous amazing life and help us to immortalise her in The Lilypad Gallery.

This is my page for the August Scraplift Challenge.

I picked Dawn’s page where she used a photo taken by her daughter of her taking a photo. I loved the simplicity of her page but had to use lots of her transfer packs because she made paint so beautifully!
