This month so far, has been a cracker and soooo busy at Scrapboutique. We have had our new monthly challenges posted and organising our projects for the Christmas workshops I have been very much in the zone with the mojo flowing...tee hee.
This month I had to schedule the Monthly Themed Challenge, and thought it would be a nice and fitting theme for November to celebrate 'Remembrance Day'. The challenge was to design a LO on a returned service person in your family and include a handmade poppy in it.
here is my page created for my dear Grandpa, Rowland Ransom Savage (hows that for a name). Grandpa was a 'Rat of Tobruk' and after researching the War Memorial database I was able to get tonnes of information on his tours of duty, really quite incredible.
I have also made an ATC for S.N.A hosted by Angie, the theme was Christmas. Sooo I decided to create a little pocket ATC depicting a Victorian Caroler Paper Doll. She has a little festive costume you can dress her in and each pocket also has a personalised message of christmas cheer for each participant. This was heaps of fun to make, hope you like and TFL.
